While trauma is a widespread human experience most wellness and service providers are not trained in how it impacts the human brain and/or body. This training provides tangible tools to not only reduce harm but provide spaces of belongingness and healing.
This training is for yoga & meditation teachers, social workers, massage therapists, bodyworkers, therapists, medical professionals, and anyone who works with others and is interested in making their practice more trauma-informed.
